We've sold many homes in Summerlin and as previous homeowners and residents of Summerlin, we know the community extremely well. Summerlin is in a Special Improvement District (SID). This means that each new home is assessed a fee that can either be paid off or paid semi-annually at a competitive interest rate. The association fee for Summerlin South for example, is $31 a month. These fees pay for all those beautiful tree lined streets, parks, trails, and community centers you will find in Summerlin. Also, there are communities within Summerlin that have their own association fees. These tend to be the gated or guard gated communities such as Red Rock Country Club, Eagle Hills, The Ridges, Palisades, Sienna, and Tournament Hills.
Summerlin has been the fastest selling Master Planned community in the United States Eight of the Last Nine Years! Currently, newer master planned communities in Las Vegas have overtaken this honor due to the fact that there are a limited number of New Homes In Summerlin For sale. However, Summerlin is the largest Master Planned Community which means it is the most consistent in style for a community in Las Vegas.

The Ridges will be home to 6 custom home neighborhoods and 4 luxury home neighborhoods situated behind guarded gates and will be poised to be the most exclusive golf community in the Southwestern United States.
