Rhodes Ranch is one of our favorite golf couse communities due to the overall value. As you drive down Durango Drive you are welcomed by an oasis of Canary Date palms. Lush greens and incredible waterscaping on the course make you feel like you are mile away from any desert! Low association fees compared to some other guard gated Las Vegas golf course communities truly makes it a good value.

are currently a very, very reasonable $100 a month and there are NO SID/LID fees. LUSH, LUSH landscaping is the highlight of Rhodes Ranch with hundreds of elegant Canary Date Palms and an extremely scenic entry with waterscaping.

A new Aquatics Center is open for Rhodes Ranch residents and includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, and other amenities. This is free for residents and is one of the nicest community clubhouses provdided to community members in Las Vegas that is free. Rhodes Ranch Homes come in a wide variety of floor plans ranging from comfortable single story homes with wide open floor plans to Large 4,000 square foot plus homes. It's important to understand the different sections of Rhodes Ranch and the time periods that the communities within Rhodes Ranch were built. In the late 90's, early 2000 period the community was primarily made up of The Champions floor plans by Rhodes Homes and a community by Desert Oak.
